NOTICE Every effort has been made to assure all descriptions are accurate; however, Shimmering Sands Rentals is not responsible for printing errors or changes in furnishings, bed arrangements and equipment made by home owners.

UNIT SUBSTITUTIONS In rare instances, we have been in a position where a unit has been sold, removed from rental program, or have mechanical problems, therefore we reserve the right to change reservations to like or better accommodations. Rates may vary and Shimmering Sands Rentals liability shall be limited to a refund of any deposit or prepayment.

DEPOSIT All reservations require a minimum deposit of $150 (which will be refunded within 4-6 weeks of departure), or valid credit card. Cash deposits will be refunded in full, if there are no damages or missing items, all food items have been removed from refrigerator, all garbage has been placed in outside containers and all dishes have been cleaned; also all keys and pool passes must be returned to check-in office.

CANCELLATION/EARLY CHECKOUT Weekly and daily reservations made in advance must notify us 14 days prior to arrival. Monthly reservations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. Early departures for any reason do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We will refund unused days only in the event of a mandatory evacuation during a hurricane warning.

PAYMENT All rental payments are due in full at check in. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, TRAVELERS & CASHIERS CHECK (made payable to Shimmering Sands Rentals.) and cash. WE NOW ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AT TIME OF CHECK-IN.

HOURS* Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm; Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm; Sunday 12:00pm - 4:00pm. (hours are subject to change) Check-in time is 3:00pm. and departure time is 10:00 am. Late check-out may incur additional charges if not approved by management in advance.

*Late arrivals must pay in advance by credit card, check or money order no later than 10 days prior to arrival date.

CLEANING FEES Cleaning fees vary according to unit. Efficiencies: $35, 1 bedrms: $45, 2 bedrms: $55, 3 bedrms: $75.

FURNISHINGS Units are fully equipped with appliances, cookwear, dishes, utensils and phones. Please ask for more information.

LINEN, TOWELS & SUPPLIES Linen and towels are provided along with an initial setup of toilet tissue, soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent . . . additional items and cleaning supplies are the responsibility of guest. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS AND BLANKETS.

RESTRICTIONS

• Guests - Our vacation rentals cater to families, and we cannot accept reservations for students or singles under 25 unaccompanied by a parent. Parents must accompany young singles at all times or may be subject to forfeiture of rent and deposit.
• N O S M O K I N G - We ask that you please do not smoke inside the units. You may be charged for furniture and /or carpet cleaning.
• N O P E T S - Our units do not accept pets and you may be subject to eviction, extra cleaning fees and forfeiture of rent and deposit. If you would like to board your pet call 1-800-PC BEACH for local information on kennels.
